We are looking for caring, enthusiastic individuals to support disabled young people on a 1:1 basis in Sheffield. The support depends on what the individual needs and wants, but it can involve taking part in social and leisure activities, finding and trying out new things, spending time at home, communicating and learning from one another, or helping with independent living skills. You will often be working in close relationship with the person’s family. Your working hours will be flexible and they may include evenings and weekends. Hours can vary from 5 to 30 hours a week depending on what you are looking for and what the family can offer.
