IBK offers a Managed Account service for people in receipt of a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget.
When you have a Managed Account service with IBK, we look after the funding from your local council &/or Health Clinical Commissioning Group, & make payments on your behalf. These payments may include paying your PA’s and/or paying invoices from support providers.
We receive a copy of your support plan and make sure the payments made are those outlined in your plan.
We send you regular summaries of the transactions taking place in your account, so that you know how much money you have and see how it is being spent.

Annual cost of Managed Account (including payroll): £604.80 (£50.40 per month including VAT)
Sheffield City Council agree these fees as part of your support plan and pay them into your Direct Payment.

Contracts
When you sign up for support from IBK with your Direct Payment, we will ask you to agree to a contract between us. This helps give both IBK and you clarity about what to expect from one another. Our contracts will address any specific support we agree between us. Please see below for sample contracts.
